Imagine our surprise when we arrived at the NICU this morning and our babies were not there. They had been moved to the Special Care Nursery (aka: ISN) because they had been doing so well. Both had been taken off of oxygen and needed less intensive care - God is so great. They did need to have photo therapy to decrease their Billy Rueben levels. Nicky got to hold Tyler for the first time today. She was only able to hold him for 30 minutes because he needed to get back under the lights. Becca is still not able to maintain her body temp on her own so we can't hold her just yet. They were both given feeding tubes today and started on formula while mom works on getting them some breast milk.
