10 Nov - headed in the right direction

We got some updates late last night (11/9) here they are...
Becca's weight is up to 3lbs 0.2oz and her length is 16.5" (that is an inch and a half longer then when she was born).  Her head is 27.5 cm around.

Tyler's weight is up to 3lbs 0.9 oz 16.5" long and his head is 29 cm around. His umbilical cord came off (Becca's came off the day before)

Weighs and baths are on mondays & thursdays
- Becca's PICC line is taken out and replaced with an IV in her foot (less risk of infection from the PICC line)
- Feeds increased, almost doubled to 7ccs every 3 hours (the hope is to increase the feedings so that they can take them off of the IVs)
- Becca is taken off of light therapy, her biliruben dropped (this is a good thing)!
- Both were bathed (didn't like it)
- Tyler is strong - grabbed nurses shirt as if to say "don't bathe me again"

Today - daddy got to hold Becca skin to skin for an hour.  Tyler just had his IV taken out of his head and put in his foot prior to daddy getting there so they wanted to just let him rest.  Tyler's biliruben decreased a lot and they were able to take him off of photo therapy today.

Their feeds have been increased again to 12cc's - they are really trying to push their feeds to get them off of IVs.  Both are digesting their food really well (lets just hope mommy's supply can keep up with their demand!)
