12 Jan - Tyler's Home!!

Nicky called this morning at 6:15am, ready to come home.  The doctors made their rounds and were already working on his discharge paperwork.  I guess they really meant it when they said they wanted to keep him for 23 hours. Thankfully I got a good night sleep with Becca (with Matt's help...thanks a ton!!), so I would be well rested for today so Nicky could sleep.  She barely got two winks of sleep last night.

Tyler is resting well at home, hangin out right next to his sissy.  Once he got home, he ate well (the best he's done since surgery, which is a good sign) and thankfully we were able to fit both Tyler & Becca right back into a schedule (eating 30-45 minutes apart).  It sure makes it easier on Mommy & Daddy, plus for the help that occasionally drops in.

We are so thankful for Matt & Stacie sacrificing the last two days with us....plus it was fun to have the sleep-overs and the early morning coffee and avocado on toast (just Matt & I - it grosses Nicky out).  Thanks also to Tommy and Tina for delivering dinner to Nicky in the hospital last night.  Tommy's famous BBQ hit the spot with Nicky!  Thanks also to all those who prayed faithfully for Tyler and for those who visited.  We love you guys!!
